When you sign up your data is collected for the following purposes:

Personal information:

Personal information is not shared beyond legal or functional necessity.

My quarterly tax returns (submitted in Spain) include some personal information (as required), including: purchase items (date, value and time) names, addresses and redacted card details.

This data is held by Stripe or Paypal and exported solely for the purpose of submitting my tax returns.

Your card details:

All payments are made through the payment processors Stripe or Paypal.

Full card details are not visible to Ultra Potential at any time.

Communications:

Email addresses are stored and used to contact athletes for purposes related to training, subscriptions/payments, availability of team t-shirts and similar. They are not shared with any third parties.

WhatsApp communications with athletes are not shared without permission.

If athletes choose to communicate through other channels - for example Instagram, Twitter etc. - these will also be considered private conversations and not shared without permission. However Ultra Potential will not be held responsible should malicious actors take control of an account. Passwords will be kept secure and two-factor authentication used where freely available.

Zoom calls with athletes are invite-only and not recorded.

Training Peaks

Information directly related to your training (availability, goals, preferences etc) is stored within your Training Peaks profile on my Coach account. This data is not shared with anyone, and is available on request.

Be aware that should you change coach in the future, any conversations that take place in your Training Diary (e.g. notes, comments) may be visible to a new coach. This is also true if you have had a previous coach.
